I’m Coach Drew, and I understand how daunting it can be to start a fitness journey later in life, especially with the challenges you’ve faced. My own mother struggled with this. She spent years prioritizing work over her health, leaving her low on energy, dealing with the aches and pains of aging, and unsure of where to start improving her well-being. This took a toll on her quality of life and even put her retirement dreams on hold, like the hiking trip in Europe we planned together. She felt too old, too far gone, and too uncertain to make any meaningful change. But as she found out, it’s never too late to make improvements. I’ve seen her, and many others, rediscover their strength, energy, and vitality, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
